Assistance can be provided facilitating transfers from the hospital or home to a new living situation, if necessary. Following the client's move, care is monitored to ensure appropriateness and client satisfaction with services.
Insurance Review: Assistance can be provided completing all paperwork and securing all necessary verifications with insurance applications, while providing a layman's understanding of elder insurance. You will be connected with the appropriate resources to acquire the insurance coverage needed whether it be a Medicare supplement or prescription coverage. Assistance understanding Medicare coverage and limitations as well as eligibility for Medical Assistance will be explained. Assistance can be provided with necessary paperwork for other personal insurance needs as well.
Professional Liasion: Senior Care Consulting will recommend and collaborate with physicians, attorneys and accountants. Involvement may include accompanying client on doctor's visits or consultations with estate planners.
